Parts consist of
1 Composter barrel
2 triangular steel legs with circular inserts
2 steel cross braces
2- 1&1/2" nipples
4 bolts and 4 nuts with lock washers

Center Cross T used to break up composting material each time the composter barrel is turned

Screw one of the nipples into each side of the barrel

Slide the triangular steel legs over the nipples.  You may
need a helper for this step,
 

Attach the cross members to the triangular legs with the nuts, bolts and lock washers enclosed
